“The Middle Way Meditation”


Meditation is a mental technique to sustain focused attention to develop concentration, clarity and emotional positivity. In the past 30 years, interest in the meditation in western world has increased. Mindfulness made the cover of Time Magazine and this is not only one time meditation has graced the cover of Time (1). As stress has become a constant part of our daily lives, people seek for true happiness and inner peace. The best way to do this is by training mind through meditation practice.

 

 

Meditation practices are rooted in 2500-year-old Buddhist meditation practices. This ancient Buddhist meditation technique was inherited through religious practices.
